International and Humanitarian Charity Organization (IHCO) contributes to reduce the sufferings of the poor in Egypt against the Covid  19 Epidemic.

 

International Islamic Council for Da'wa and Relief in Egypt expressed their esteemed appreciation to the IHCO for their effective contribution to the success of the Food Basket Distribution Project to those hit by the spread of Corona virus in Egypt.

 

His Excellency Dr. Khalid Abdelwahhab Al-Khajah, IHCO executive manger, asserted that the Food Basket Distribution Project to those hit by the spread of Corona virus comes in the framework of the organization’s full commitment to support the needy and those affected by the Covid-19 Epidemic, and that thousands of people in Egypt benefitted from this project, as the latter being a member of the IHCO and that the humanitarian obligation for member states necessitates shouldering this humanitarian duty.

 

Thousands of people in Egypt benefitted from the Food Basket Distribution Project, especially in the most needy and most affected regions in the country in the (Al Oxor -Sohaj - Alminya - Alfayoom - Albihaira -Cairo) districts.

 

In a release on this occasion, Dr Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Almosleh, the Secretary General for the International and Humanitarian and Charity Organization, said: « We are grateful to the authorities in Egypt and the IHCO in United Arab Emirates, especially Dr. Khalid Abdelwahhab Al-Khajah - executive manager, for their expressed authentic love for welfare and their keen support for humanitarian activity, which, all in all, resulted in the success of this project and the increase of the number of those benefitted from the project inside Egypt. He also called on God to accept their efforts and award them for their deed.

 

 

IHCO and Fujairah Charity Association discuss means of joint cooperation

 

IHCO and Fujairah Charity Association discussed the means for a joint cooperation and opening of new horizons for charity works in the framework of exchanging ideas and discussing bilateral charity initiatives as well as studying criteria and benefiting bilateral experiences.

 

A delegation from the IHCO, headed by Mr. Hassan Abdullah Alhammadi, manager of projects administration and society development, and Mr. Rashed Alshihi, donation services administration manager, welcomed the charity delegation headed by his Excellency Yousef Almarshoodi, general manager and some of the charity officials. The meeting was witnessed by a number officials and employees from both sides.

 

The visiting delegation was briefed by Fujairah Charity Association about their accomplishments inside as well as outside the country in the diverse charity works.

 

Both parties agreed to the necessity to activate their strategic partnership and its future development.

 

 

His Highness, Ajman Ruler’s Wife, Visits IHCO and Overlooks its Main Achievements

 

His Highness, Ruler of Ajman, Member of the Supreme Council, Sheikh Humaid bin Rashed Alnoaimy’s Wife, Sheikha Fatima bint Zayed bin Saqr Al Nahyan, chief of Omm Al Momineen society, visited with her accompanying team the headquarters of the Ajman IHCO and overlooked the charity’s main projects and achievements.

During the visit, Her Highness was accompanied by Her Excellency Sheikha Lobna Alqassimi and Dr Nahla Alqassimi and their excellencies  Mariam Alroomi, Sheikha Ghala and Sheikha Zein, daughters of Sheikh Rashed bon Humaid Alnoaimi, Her Excellency Afra bint Hindi and her Excellency Raja’a Alnoman.

 

Her Highness overlooked the projects and the achievements of the organization for the last five years, which estimated two billion dirhams inside and outside the country. Her Highness was also briefed by some women leaders about the organization’s efforts to confront the Corona Epidemic Covid-19, mainly allocating 5 millions and 700 thousand dirhams to support families affected by the epidemic and supporting the country’s fund by 3 million dirhams, in addition to providing daily meals to manpower which exceeded 18 thousand daily meals. Her Highness was also briefed about Happiness Villages project in Niger, recently launched by the organization to provide shelter for the poor and the needy in that country, which the organization has overshadowed in the mass media through live exposures for poor Nigerians. She was also briefed about the Waqf building project, which the organization is planning to launch in Ajman of 90 million dirhams value to support the organization’s charity and humanitarian projects.

 

His Highness, the ruler of Ajman’s wife commended the great role played by the IHCO inside and outside the country through consolidating the concept of humanity and charity work in its diverse fields of aid, relief and orphanage support among other fields, asserting that the organization has won formidable confidence through its consecutive reports and close follow-up as well as its perpetual communication with donors, pointing out that the organization is considered among the ancient charity establishments in the country and that from its very beginning the Organization has been known for confidentiality and transparency and implemented qualitative projects which increased the confidence it won among donors.

Her Highness added that she weighs high her confidence in the IHCO in implementing pioneering projects that will serve humanitarian work and intensify the humanitarian status of the country. Notably the UAE is considered the most active in the humanitarian field and provides support for all, irrespective of the geographical dimension or the religious, ethnical or cultural differences and has become the primary donating country for humanitarian aid compared to its national or gross capital income.

 

His Excellency Dr. Khalid Abdelwahhab Al-Khajah, IHCO executive manager asserted his pleasure and keenness for the care shown by the wife of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashed Alnoaimi, member of the Supreme Counci, Ruler of Ajman, towards the work of the organization. Showing that the care expressed by the leadership to assert the humanitarian efforts of the organization around the world and to progress in the field drawn by our wise leadership in preserving human dignity, was the main motive behind offering all those achievements during the history of the organization.

Alkhaja also said that the visit and care of her Highness necessitate that we show more obligation towards humanitarian issues and to intensify our perpetual efforts to reduce the effect of illiteracy, poverty, hunger and malnutrition and to lessen the effect of suffering in the underdeveloped countries by providing basic living demands.
