The International Charity Organization obtains the Corporate Governance Certificate (ISO 37000:2021)

The International Charity Organization has obtained the accreditation certificate in the International Standard for Corporate Governance (ISO 37000:2021), from the Swiss company SGS, which is considered one of the largest and most reliable ISO certification companies in the world.

This achievement represents the Organization’s commitment to applying the highest standards of quality and transparency in managing its operations, systems and providing its services, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction for all concerned.

The certificate was received on behalf of the Organization by His Excellency Dr. Khaled Abdul Wahab Al Khaja, Secretary-General of the International Charity Organization, where he stressed that the Organization’s obtaining the accreditation certificate in corporate governance is an important achievement that reflects the ongoing efforts to implement the best international practices followed in this field, and its continued commitment to strengthening the principles of corporate governance. In all sectors and departments of the Organization, so that it is the cornerstone in future planning and development processes, and the basic entry point for making decisions based on data and information.

His Excellency also said that the Organization is constantly keen to enhance corporate governance in its work environment, by raising employees’ awareness of corporate governance standards and principles, and developing appropriate tools and systems that support the implementation of the Organization’s corporate governance system, ensuring the activation and application of the basic values and principles for the success of any institution. Such as the principle of responsibility and enhancing transparency, the principle of supporting decision-making based on data and information, and other principles and values that ensure the achievement of the Organization’s strategic objectives, and contribute to building and consolidating trust between the Organization and its clients and partners from the public and private sectors.
