ICO pays debts of 16 inmates in Ajman

The International Charitable Organization (ICO) has paid the debts of 16 inmates of the Punishment and Correctional Org. Department in Ajman, totaling up 600,000 dirhams.

H.E. Dr. Khaled Abdul-Wahab Al Khaja, ICO's Secretary-General, said: "This initiative comes with the end of Ramadan to reflect an image of compassion in the Emirati society, bring joy to homes of debtor citizens and residents, and reunite them with their families in Eid Al Fitr." He expressed his thanks and gratitude to benefactors whose giving served as a window of hope and goodness for families in need but relief came to them in these blessed days.
