The International Charitable Organization launches the Al-Adha campaign with targets exceeding 15 million dirhams

The International Charitable Organization has launched the "Al-Adha Campaign" for the year 2022, which includes a number of various charitable initiatives and projects, with total targets exceeding 15 million dirhams, inside and outside the United Arab Emirates.

The ICO announced that the value of the sacrifice inside the country is 620 dirhams, and the value of the sacrifice outside the country is 500 dirhams, and the price of slaughtering the sacrifice outside the country and distributing its meat inside the country is 350 dirhams, while the price of the local Arab sheep is 1500 dirhams, and the ICO also announced the opening of subscription to the sacrifice of cows Outside the country, where the value of the share for one family is 350 dirhams, according to what is stipulated in our Sharia law, which allows seven people to share one cow.

His Excellency Dr. Khalid Abdulwahab Al-Khaja, Secretary-General of the International Charity Organization, stressed that the Al-Adha campaign is one of the most important seasonal campaigns, given its religious status, and the humanitarian benefits it bears for the poor and needy, calling on benefactors and benefactors to support its humanitarian initiatives and projects, and to invest these blessed days in doing good deeds and giving alms.

The campaign includes important projects, including: slaughtering sacrifices, clothing Eid, feeding the day of Arafa, feeding a Muslim village, relieving the distress of the debtors, in addition to projects to build mosques and centers for memorizing the Holy Qur’an, digging wells, sponsoring orphans and distributing the Qur’an, and others.
