The International Charity Organization launches the 'Eid Al-Adha 2026' campaign

The International Charity Organization has announced the launch of its Eid Al-Adha campaign for 2026, which aims to implement a wide range of humanitarian and charitable projects within the United Arab Emirates and abroad.

In line with the country’s charitable approach, this year’s campaign includes a comprehensive system of initiatives, foremost among them the distribution of sacrificial meat and food vouchers to low-income families and orphans. It also includes projects dedicated to serving pilgrims, such as providing drinking water and meals for pilgrims on the Day of Arafah, in addition to Hajj facilitation projects.

The campaign also opens the door for contributions to sustainable development projects such as building mosques, strengthening orphan sponsorship programs, supporting the treatment of patients and students facing academic difficulties, as well as launching charity packages that offer donors a variety of options to contribute to different areas of charitable giving.

His Excellency Dr. Khaled Al Khaja, Secretary-General of the International Charity Organization, emphasized that the Eid Al-Adha campaign represents a key milestone in the organization’s annual agenda and aims to promote the values of social solidarity and expand the reach of charitable contributions to benefit those most in need.

He stated on this occasion: “We extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to all benefactors and donors who have been, and continue to be, the fundamental pillar behind the success of our projects. Your support in past periods has made a real difference in the lives of thousands and has contributed to building houses of worship and sponsoring orphans—efforts that reflect the generosity and kindness of Emirati society.”

He added: “Today, with the launch of the Eid Al-Adha 2026 campaign, we invite you to continue the journey of giving and to help bring joy to the faces of the poor during Eid, especially given the profound impact these contributions have. They are not merely temporary donations, but a lifeline and developmental projects that provide stable educational, health, and religious environments for communities.”

The organization also clarified that it has mobilized all its technical and field capabilities to facilitate the donation process through its website, social media platforms, and the presence of its representatives across various shopping centers, affirming its commitment to delivering donations to their rightful beneficiaries in accordance with the highest standards of transparency and charitable governance.
