International Charity Organization Launches 'Summer Campaign 2026' with Projects Exceeding 24 Million AED

The International Charity Organization has launched its 2026 Summer Campaign under the slogan 'Cool Them Down', featuring a package of projects and initiatives with targets exceeding 24 million AED. The campaign aims to strengthen the Organization’s efforts in supporting underprivileged families within the UAE and alleviating the suffering of those in need across several countries around the world.

Projects within the UAE include providing drinking water for worshippers and workers, supplying electrical appliances to underprivileged families such as refrigerators, air conditioners, and water coolers, as well as contributing towards the payment of electricity bills for eligible families. These initiatives help ease the burdens of the summer season and improve the living conditions of beneficiary families.

Outside the UAE, the campaign includes water relief projects through well construction and water tanker distribution in areas suffering from water scarcity. It also encompasses ongoing charitable projects such as mosque construction, Quran memorization centers, food distribution initiatives, and other humanitarian and development programs.

His Excellency Dr. Khalid Abdulwahab Al Khaja, Secretary General of the International Charity Organization, affirmed that the 2026 Summer Campaign is an extension of the Organization’s mission to promote the values of giving and solidarity while meeting the needs of underprivileged families and vulnerable communities both within and outside the UAE, particularly during the summer months when the need for water and essential household items increases.

He stated that the Organization continues to implement its seasonal projects by the grace of Allah and then the support of donors and benefactors, whose generosity has played a significant role in delivering assistance to thousands of beneficiaries across various countries. He expressed his gratitude to donors and supporters for their continued contributions and enduring trust in the Organization’s programs and projects.

His Excellency also called upon members of the community and philanthropists to contribute to the campaign and participate in its diverse projects, emphasizing that donations help provide a dignified life for needy families, alleviate the suffering of vulnerable individuals, and reflect the UAE’s deeply rooted values of generosity and charitable work.
