Cooperation between the International Charity Organization and Al Mandoos Company to deliver 24,000 pairs of shoes to Africa

The International Charity Organization announced the implementation of a new humanitarian initiative in cooperation with Al Mandoos Company, involving the shipment of 24,000 pairs of shoes with a total value of 16 million AED to a number of African countries. This initiative comes as part of joint efforts to support the most vulnerable groups and strengthen humanitarian response in poor and affected areas.

His Excellency Dr. Khaled Abdulwahab Al Khaja, Secretary General of the International Charity Organization, stated that this initiative falls within the framework of strategic partnerships with private sector institutions, reflects the values of social responsibility, and demonstrates a commitment to providing basic necessities to the poor and underprivileged families, particularly in villages and remote areas suffering from limited resources. He praised the leading role played by Al Mandoos Company in supporting relief and humanitarian projects.

His Excellency added that this initiative holds special significance as it coincides with the holy month of Ramadan, the month of giving and solidarity. He called upon philanthropists and institutions to double their efforts during the blessed month, and affirmed the Organization’s continued implementation of its programs in cooperation with partners from institutions, companies, and individuals, contributing to improving the quality of life of impoverished communities and reinforcing the UAE’s position as a global beacon of humanitarian work.
