His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, has issued an Amiri decree forming the Board of Trustees of the International Charity Organization for a renewable term of four years, starting from the 1st of September. This step reaffirms the Emirate’s support for the Organization’s humanitarian and developmental mission.
The decree stipulated that the board will be chaired by His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Sultan Al Nuaimi, while His Excellency Abdul Rahman Ghanem Abdul Rahman Al Mutaiwei will serve as Vice Chairman.
The board includes in its membership:

* H.E. Raed Obaid Mohammed Al Zaabi
* H.E. Aisha Mohammed Saeed Al Mulla
* H.E. Obaid Hamad Obaid Al Zaabi
* H.E. Dr. Abdullah Mohammed bin Shaml Al Maamari
* H.E. Saeed Ahmed Rashid bin Shabib
* H.E. Afra Bakhit Saif bin Hindi Al Ali
His Highness the Ruler of Ajman expressed his gratitude to the members of the previous board, appreciating their efforts, and affirmed that the new board with its distinguished competencies and expertise will continue the path of achievements and reflect the authentic Emirati values of generosity and compassion.
His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, praised the pivotal role of the Organization in promoting the values of goodness and giving, congratulating the formation of the new board, and emphasized that charitable work is a deeply rooted civilizational and humanitarian mission within the identity of the UAE. He added that the achievements made so far represent a national asset that must be continuously developed.
For his part, H.E. Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, expressed his pride in the precious trust placed in him by H.H. the Ruler of Ajman and his Crown Prince. He affirmed that the board will work on comprehensive strategic plans that enhance sustainability of resources and diversification of programs to serve the most vulnerable groups.
He explained that the coming stage will witness distinguished initiatives in education and healthcare, the care of orphans and underprivileged families, and support for productive family projects, alongside strengthening partnerships with government institutions and international humanitarian organizations to ensure aid is delivered efficiently and promptly.
The Chairman of the Board concluded by affirming the commitment to working in a spirit of teamwork to strengthen the Organization’s position as a leading humanitarian institution, originating from Ajman and extending the goodness of the UAE to those in need both within the country and abroad.
