International Charity Organization Sends 13 Outstanding Orphans to Perform Umrah

The International oCharity Organization has announced the organization of an Umrah trip for 13 outstanding orphans under its sponsorship. This comes as part of its ongoing programs to care for orphans, aiming to bring joy to their hearts and enhance their integration into society.

This initiative is part of the Organization’s annual plans, which seek to enable orphans to perform their religious rituals and provide them with experiences that instill spiritual and humanitarian values. It also gives them the opportunity to visit the Sacred House of Allah and Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, accompanied by specialized supervisors, on a distinguished journey that includes accommodation in top hotels, along with meals and daily allowances.

His Excellency Dr. Khaled Abdulwahab Al-Khaja, Secretary-General of the International Charity Organization, said:
“This journey reflects the Organization’s commitment to its humanitarian mission of caring for orphans, and its keenness that orphans have a share in acts of worship and rituals that leave a deep impact on their souls—especially during childhood, a stage that requires special care. For this reason, and with the support of generous men and women, the Organization has decided to arrange regular Umrah trips by air for orphans, particularly those excelling in various stages of study.”

He added that through such programs, the Organization aims to strengthen social solidarity and reinforce the value of shared responsibility toward orphans. He pointed out that Umrah is not merely a religious journey, but also an educational and spiritual experience that opens new horizons of joy and tranquility for orphans.

Al-Khaja stressed that the Organization gives great importance to the care of orphans through diverse programs that include healthcare, education, and living support, along with initiatives focusing on psychological well-being. He expressed his gratitude to the donors and supporters who contributed to funding this blessed journey.

He concluded:
“Caring for orphans is a humanitarian duty and a great trust. The Organization will continue its efforts to provide everything that can ease their hardships, and grant them opportunities to live with dignity and happiness.”
