The International Charity Organization has announced the launch of its 2025 Eid al-Adha campaign, aiming to deliver aid to thousands of poor and needy families around the world through a variety of projects and initiatives exceeding 24 million AED.
This effort is part of the Organization’s ongoing mission to promote social solidarity and extend support to the most vulnerable communities.
His Excellency Dr. Khalid Abdul Wahab Al Khaja, Secretary-General of the International Charity Organization, stated that this campaign embodies the Organization’s mission of promoting generosity and making a tangible positive impact on the lives of beneficiaries. It reflects the Organization’s commitment to reinforcing the values of social and religious solidarity.
He affirmed that the campaign will include projects such as distributing sacrificial meat, providing water and food to pilgrims in Mecca, offering Eid clothing, feeding Muslim villages, as well as major projects like building mosques, digging wells, and constructing Quran memorization centers.
His Excellency added: “The Organization's teams work tirelessly day and night to live up to the trust and responsibility entrusted to them by donors. They are striving to ensure the success of this campaign and to reach the largest number of beneficiaries. All field procedures have been completed, including inspection of slaughterhouses and preparation of distribution sites.
We must extend our gratitude to all those who contribute to the leadership and support of the International Charity Organization and its initiatives—from our partners in charitable efforts. We also call on all benevolent individuals to take part in bringing joy to the hearts of pilgrims and beneficiary families within our beloved nation and across our areas of operation abroad.”
