Important Notice Regarding the Revised Opening Time of the Online Assistance Portal

Dear Esteemed Applicants,

As part of the International Charity Organization’s commitment to facilitating registration procedures and organizing the receipt of assistance applications in a manner that better serves beneficiaries, please be advised that, effective August 2026, the online portal will open at 11:00 a.m. and remain open until the designated registration capacity is reached, instead of the previous opening time of 5:00 p.m.

The designated registration days will remain unchanged, as follows:

• The first day of each month: Designated for the registration of UAE nationals.
• The second day of each month: Designated for the registration of residents.

To ensure that applications are completed correctly, please take note of the following important requirements:

• Ensure that all attached documents are recent—issued no more than one month prior—and are submitted in colour, clearly legible, and fully compliant with all requirements.
• Submit all required documents within the deadline specified in the text message sent to the beneficiary upon successful registration, which includes the application reference number. Applications cannot be completed if the deadline expires before the required documents are submitted.
• Provide the complete and accurate banking details of the payee, including the bank name, SWIFT Code, bank account number, IBAN, email address, and telephone number, to avoid any delay in or inability to complete the disbursement process.
• Regularly check the application status through the online portal to remain informed of any updates or additional requirements.
