50 million dirhams are the targets of the International Charity Organization in the Summer and Eid Al-Adha campaigns

The International Charity Organization announced the launch of the Summer and Eid Al-Adha campaigns for the year 2024, targeting the implementation of charitable projects worth 50 million dirhams, within the United Arab Emirates and in 20 countries around the world.

The Secretary-General, His Excellency Dr. Khalid Al-Khaja Al-Amin, said: "The Organization continues its charitable journey through its various campaigns, which aim to help millions of people from orphans, needy families, and people with limited income. It also aims to strengthen the efforts of generous people in delivering their charity to the most needy groups, especially in poor areas. And the remote areas reached by the delegations of the International Charity Organization, announcing that the Eid al-Adha projects will include slaughtering and distributing the sacrifices, Hajj and Umrah, feeding and providing water to pilgrims, in addition to Eid clothing, alleviating the distress of debtors, distributing the Qur’an, sponsoring orphans, charitable packages, and others, while the summer projects include providing water for worshippers, workers, and needy families. and providing electrical appliances, paying electricity bills, and distributing water coolers to workers’ housing."

His Excellency thanked the donors, who after Allah were the reason for the success of the Organization’s campaigns, initiatives and projects, and their generous support was a great help for their brothers inside and outside the UAE, stressing that the Summer and Eid Al-Adha campaigns are a valuable opportunity to continue giving and doing good, which includes people in remote villages who do not taste meat except in such seasons, families unable to pay an electricity bill or provide a drop of water, and workers who have left their homelands to earn a living.
