170 Million AED in Projects by the International Charity Organization Inside the UAE in 2025

The International Charity Organization announced that the total value of its projects implemented within the United Arab Emirates reached 170 million AED in 2025, benefiting thousands of families and individuals. This comes as part of its mission to strengthen social solidarity and promote a culture of giving within the country.

His Excellency Dr. Khalid Al Khaja, Secretary-General of the International Charity Organization, stated that the Organization’s projects varied to include providing assistance to Emirati families, paying tuition fees for financially struggling students, supporting medical cases and covering the costs of treatment and surgical operations, in addition to student support programs across various educational stages and sponsoring orphans. These efforts also included other humanitarian initiatives targeting the most vulnerable groups within the country, contributing to improved quality of life and greater family stability.

He affirmed that these efforts align with the UAE’s vision of institutionalizing humanitarian work, supported by generous donors whose contributions played a pivotal role in implementing this large number of projects and reaching a wide segment of beneficiaries across the Emirates.

He added that the Organization is continuing to develop its programs and expand its community partnerships to enhance operational efficiency and ensure that assistance reaches those entitled to it with transparency and promptness. He emphasized that the next phase will witness the launch of qualitative initiatives that respond to community needs and support the country’s sustainable development journey.
