Two orphans from Egypt are suffering from illness. The orphan, Ziyad, suffers from recurrent epileptic seizures, and the orphan, Amr, suffers from a congenital defect in his chest muscles. Their living conditions are difficult, and they cannot afford monthly medication and doctor visits.
