Charity Org. launches Ramadan campaign “mayest cleanse them thereby” 2020

The Charity Org. launched today its annual Ramadan campaign under the slogan "mayest cleanse them thereby" targeting the implementation of charitable and humanitarian projects worth 300 million dirhams, with an increase of 20% over last year. It also revealed the signing of 4 agreements as a basic step to documenting community partnership and achieving common interests to help the needy within the country and abroad, achieving strategic goals and highlighting the added societal value in serving the community.

The Org. is keen on implementing a series of renewable charitable projects during the holy month of Ramadan, in a way that contributes to achieving sustainable development and enhancing the content of social solidarity and the contribution of all to charitable work. During this campaign, the Org. launched (Villages of Happiness) in Niger at a cost of 10 million dirhams, and (Medical Eye Care Campaigns) in African countries, at a cost of 6 million dirhams.

This came during the campaign launch ceremony at Fairmont Ajman Hotel in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Sultan Al-Nuaimi, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Charity Org., directors and heads of a number of government departments, members of the Board of Trustees and sponsors of the Ramadan campaign and a number of philanthropists o white hands and media representatives.

HE Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Sultan Al-Nuaimi, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Charity Org., said: “Since its establishment, the Org. has sought to benefit the needy families and the deserved community members, through an integrated package of projects and programs, all of which serve the needy, the low-income, and the various vulnerable and needy groups within the UAE and abroad.
